"Chasemaster is a slightly quirky service and fairly different to most other racing tipsters as we specialise in chase racing only. The three of us that make up the service have been around for many years and have always concentrated on this area of racing. During this time we have got to know the horses and trainers and how to play the handicapper to give us a real edge when it comes to our betting advice. The three of us use our initials (P, F and G) in our emails and each bet is appended with the source of who put it forward.

We advise both back and lay bets, both of which you will be able to follow via this service although we do advise separate banks for backing and laying. Laying has a lower ROI and can be more volatile (though we rarely lay over 4/1) and our long term performance on lays suggests a strike-rate in the region of 80% at an average price
of 5/2.

Many of our bets shorten in the market, and many lays lengthen as very often we are able to pinpoint the best value options before others lump on.

As for the racing itself, well the summer jumps season is now in full swing and this presents us with many exciting opportunities. Since its inception when it just seemed a vehicle for John White to bring a traditional meaning to flogging a dead horse and building a big lead in the trainers championship, the summer season has developed considerably. Many firm ground horses are now campaigned and laid out for the summer and many big trainers have now joined in and concentrate their firm ground horses at this time of year.

Chasemaster has actually made bigger profits in the last two Summers than the Winter. (2009 backs profit of 21.25 points at an ROI of 16.6%, 2010 profit of 20.41 points at an ROI of 41.3%).
